bathroom was completely refurbished and very comfortable, with hair dryer, gel and two-in-one wall shampoo. room had a normal size, carpet, walls one of them had a humidity. We went there in September and there were mosquitoes. bed was very comfortable and quite big, 1. 60. breakfast with a very nice view, there was to make waffles, toast, croissant, fruit, yoghurts, cold cheese and ham. location of this hotel is excellent next to grand place, delirium (very famous brewery). receptionists understand some Spanish and try to speak it.
The bathroom was renovated but the water in the shower was leaking. They left us blankets in the closet, which we didn't use, but they didn't give the feeling of being clean. They don't change the sheets, they just make the bed.

Liked the great-sized and functional room, and the exceptional view of the old town. The location in a very vibrant area was good and there were a shopping street and an old market nearby. We had lunch at nearby Bia Mara, tried their fast food options.

Comfy bed, control the climate in the room, had plenty of storage, and 2 windows to let in light. Perfect spot for a festive Christmas holiday here 🎄.

best thing about this hotel is its location, it is perfect for getting to know the centre of Brussels and even for going to other areas on foot (Sablon, Quartier Européen, Ste Catherine). it is also very close to Centraal Station (airport train) and metro. beds and pillows are comfortable. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is acceptable, fair.
The hotel is quite old and outdated, in need of urgent renovation. We got a duplex room, I don't recommend it at all, it has a wooden interior staircase without a handrail that I found very dangerous if you get up at night to go to the bathroom, which is downstairs or half asleep in the morning. The carpet in the room is old. You have to be careful to close the curtains well if you don't want the neighbours of the houses in front of you to see you, which are very close.some walls in the corridors have flakes, the elevators are also old.it's a brewery area and on Saturday night there was a lot of noise/party in the street and you could hear it from the 3rd floor.there is no outstanding service.it fulfils its function for a 2 or 3 night getaway.

Very close to everything you need to know in a few days. The abundant, varied breakfast, different types of cheese, breads, jams, vegetables, juices, pickles, etc. The very friendly receptionist told us everything we needed to visit and was very kind when we left. He kept our bags and offered us hygienic service since we had left the room early. Very good, in addition in the room they leave you tea and coffee plus a kettle in case you want to drink something without cost.
There was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the bathroom. Only a container that said all-purpose gel, but inside it had a sachet that said hand soap (?). In our opinion the mattress was very new because it was quite hard, after a day we both had some lumbar discomfort due to its rigidity.

The hotel is located in the historical center, quite picturesque but noisy. There is a cafe on the top floor overlooking the town hall. Close to the central station of the railway station. I was delighted by the water pressure in the shower and the presence of two chairs rather than one, as I often encountered in double rooms. The staff tried to fulfill my request and we were accommodated in a relatively quiet room for this hotel (windows overlooking the courtyard), but the noise from the street was still strong and good hearing from the neighboring rooms.
The old hotel, the furniture is already shabby, the carpet is all stained, the pen to the bathroom was broken. The floor in one elevator is covered with paper on top and taped. No frills, only two plastic glasses and shower gel. No drinking water, no slippers and tea supplies. It's very noisy. Because of the above, I don't think the price-quality ratio is quite adequate. 100 euros for such a double room is still too much.

This place may be small, but the staff at reception are amazing and the breakfast at the restaurant is a definite bonus.

It's a good hotel, corresponds to 3*. Decent room, air conditioning and heating - you can vary the temperature. Very attentive staff - do everything to make guests feel comfortable. Decent breakfast in a panoramic restaurant overlooking the Grand Place. Wi-fi is great, there is a room for ironing your clothes, a room for luggage. The location is good in terms of accessibility of attractions - to the Grand Dance 5 minutes, to St. Michael and Gudula - 10, to the Mountain of Arts - about 20, there are many interesting churches with stunning stained glass windows. In the neighboring streets there are cafes, restaurants, chain grocery stores and many small shops. But there are many migrants in the area itself, it is not very comfortable, especially in the evenings (although there were no obvious security problems).

The breakfast was good and the location was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed the superior king room I had with a view on the Grand Place.- The hotel was conveniently situated adjacent to many sights.
